Biktrix builds electric bikes for people who intend to ride them every day — through a Prairie winter, up a river-valley hill, or forty kilometres down a gravel road with groceries on the rack. Every bike is assembled to order in our own Canadian warehouse and delivered to your door.
Built here, one at a time
Our XD bikes are built here from the frame up. Frames are powder coated in-house, in the colour you picked, and left to cure properly before a single component goes near them.
Assembly happens one bike at a time, with the parts and upgrades chosen for that order — the battery, the drivetrain, the suspension, the rack. Every bolt is torqued to spec and every bike is road-tested by the person who built it before it goes in a box.
Thirteen years of doing it this way has given us something a spec sheet cannot: we know how these bikes age. We know which parts survive a winter of road salt and which ones we stopped using because they did not.
A bike for how you actually ride
Most people do not need the biggest motor. They need the bike that matches the twenty kilometres they will ride most weeks. So the range is organised around riding, not around wattage.
The Juggernaut is the fat-tire workhorse — snow, sand, gravel, and the reason a lot of our riders found us in the first place. The Swift is its opposite: light, quiet and unfussy, built for pavement and daily commuting. The Stunner is a compact step-through for riders who want to get on without swinging a leg over a high frame.
Above those sit the Monte Capro and RogueHawk, full-suspension bikes for people who ride trails properly, and the Kutty, a small frame with more power than it looks like it should have. The BTX Moto is the one people stop you about in parking lots.

Effortless, by design
The most common reason a bike stops being ridden is not the battery. It is the small maintenance that piles up — a chain that needs cleaning, gears that never quite index, a drivetrain that sounds worse every month.
Our belt-drive models remove most of that. A carbon belt does not need grease, does not stretch, and does not leave a mark on your trousers. Paired with an automatic CVT hub, there is no shifting to think about at all: the bike finds the right ratio while you pedal, and it does it almost silently.
It is the quietest thing we build, and for a lot of riders it is the one that finally replaced the car for short trips.
Ride one before you decide
An eBike is difficult to judge from photographs. Frame height, reach, how the motor delivers power when you push off from a stop — none of it reads on a screen, and all of it decides whether you enjoy the bike.
We keep six showrooms across Canada where you can take any bike on the floor out for a proper ride. Beyond those, more than a hundred Biktrix owners have offered to show you theirs — often the closest way to sit on the exact model you are considering.

What happens after the sale
Every bike carries a two-year warranty on parts and labour, and shipping is free on orders over a thousand dollars anywhere in Canada and the United States. Those are the easy parts to put on a page.
The part that matters more is what happens in year three, when you need a specific spare for a model we stopped making. We hold parts for bikes long after a model is discontinued, our support team answers email and live chat seven days a week, and there are over a hundred guides written for our own models rather than for eBikes in general.
A bike you cannot get parts for is a bike you stop riding. We would rather you kept riding it.
